Where are my notes saved?

Only on your iPhone. The app has no account and no internet connection, so there is no copy on a server. Notes save as you type; there is no Save button.

How do I back up my notes?

Turn on iPhone backups (Settings, then your name, then iCloud, then iCloud Backup, or back up to your computer). The app's notes are included in those backups.

I deleted a note by mistake.

Right after deleting, tap Undo. Later, open the More tab, then Trash Can, and tap Restore.

How do I make a shop list?

Tap +, then Shop List. Press Return to add the next item, and Backspace on an empty item to remove it. Tick items off and they move to the bottom. Hold the handle on the right to drag an item up or down.

How do I rename a note?

Tap the ⋮ on the note in the list, then Rename. Without a name, a note is named by its first line, and a shop list by its first item.

Can I turn off the lines on the page?

Yes: More, then Settings, then Note Settings, then Lines.

I forgot my password.

There isn't one: the app has no account, so there is nothing to recover or reset.
